John is a Rochester NY native who started Larimer Law in 2014. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Government from the University of Notre Dame, John attended the George Washington University School of Law. During law school, John was a law clerk at two large D.C. law firms, and interned for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ethics. After completing a clerkship with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, John was a litigator in both a large multinational law firm and a small litigation boutique before becoming chief litigation counsel for a multi-national pharmaceutical and medical device company.View Profile

Lawrence brings a diverse portfolio of professional experiences to Larimer Law and a hands-on, practical approach to the needs of our clients. Lawrence’s law firm experience runs the gamut from working at a small, plaintiff’s civil rights firm focused on employment discrimination and labor matters, to working at a large, full-service law firm where he practiced as a commercial real estate and land use attorney. Lawrence has represented clients in a variety of forums, including: the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York; the New York State Supreme Court; the New York State Public Employment Relations Board; and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Before embarking on his legal career, Lawrence was an urban planner.View Profile
Jennifer Castaldo is a discovery associate in Larimer Law's Rochester office. She works with the firm’s eDiscovery practice group managing a team and technology on multiple large-scale eDiscovery review projects nationwide, acting as a liaison between review teams, vendors and law firms.
Jennifer has 9 years of litigation experience having previously practiced commercial litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, nursing home negligence, and products liability defense.View Profile
Heather works as Discovery Counsel and Team Leader in the Larimer Law Buffalo office, where she manages and trains team members on the successful execution of document review protocols and eDiscovery plans for our diverse client base.
Heather has extensive experience in town and city court actions as a solo practitioner with a diversified legal practice. Her attention to detail, active listening and people skills are an asset in meeting the needs of our clients. Additionally, she brings the unique perspective of a social researcher, having conducted numerous studies on smoking cessation during her employment at a leading area cancer research and treatment center.View Profile
